29th Nov 2009: Dr. Sankamar mesmerized audience with
his powerful speech at a dinner party hosted by Billawas
Dubai & NE in the honor of visiting guests from
India.
Dr. Sankamar talked about our culture and how important
it is for the younger generation to preserve our culture.
He gave glimpses of his in-depth knowledge on tulu
language through tulu folk songs.
He praised Billawas Dubai for their unity and the
service that they do to help our younger generation
get quality education through education scholarship
programs.
Speaking on the occasion Vidhushi Geetha Saralaya
thanked Billawas Dubai for inviting them and giving
them an opportunity to present their talent in front
of the huge crowd.
Teertha Kotian was overwhelmed with joy and said
that she would remember every bit of her stay in Dubai
and thanked members of BDNE for their love and affection.
Shri Shankar Suvarna a Social Worker from Mumbai
and father of Yogitha Salian praised Billawas Dubai
for putting up a spectacular show and their dedicated
service to society.
Visiting guests were presented with gifts. Special
gifts was presented to members of "Astalakshmi
troup" and "Shri Narayana Guru Skit"
for their splendid performance.
Guests and members danced to the foot tapping music
by DJ Santhosh .
