Dubai 2009 : Billawas Dubai & NE held their Annual Committee Party for committee members , Grand patrons and their families recently at Zamorrodah Hall, Zabeel Road, Dubai. As in the past, this year too the entire expenses of the party was whole heartedly sponsored by prominent Billawa Patrons who are part of the present committee.

The function started sharp at 10.00 pm with a welcome speech by the President Shri Mohan Attavar. He thanked the past committee headed by Shri Umesh Kuckian for their good work and support . Later The present executive committee members were also introduced to audience by the President.

While emphasizing the importance of education scholarship for poor children, he said that BDNE has already received more than 100 applications for scholarship and appealed to grand patrons to support the good cause. Responding positively to this appeal, grand patrons have pledged full hearted support .

The entire party was well conducted by Mr. Shodhan Prasad and Mrs. Yogitha Salian. They made sure that all the guests were involved in the Various fun games were conducted for children, adults and couples . Party hall was well decorated by Shri Satish Ullal .

Our member Shri Shantosh celebrated his birthday by cutting the cake in the presence of his family members and friends.

Shri Shodhan Prasad’s birthday was also celebrated soon after midnight.

The game of ”Tambola” was conducted by Shodhan Prasad in his unique way. The crowd on the whole enjoyed every bit of it and also danced to well arranged music by DJ . Shantosh

The newly married couple, Ramanand Belapu and Mrs Pratima Belapu were greeted with a bouquet and gift by Umesh Kuckian & Mrs. Prasanna Kuckian and were blessed for a happy and prosperous married life.
Delicious Dinner was served at around mid night which was very well organized by the famous Fish Parade Restaurant.

The Party got concluded with distribution of prizes to winners of the games and vote of thanks by the General Secretary Shri Madhav Poojary.
